This is a personal yet pivotal announcement. Today, I’m sharing the news that ESTEP Consulting, LLC is taking a necessary pause. While the decision is rooted in the current challenging climate for DEI&B work, my passion for equitable, transformative change is unwavering.
It’s time to dedicate my 20+ years of experience in change management, contracting, supervision, learning and development, and training, to a full-time, benefited role where my mission-driven work is fully supported. I’m actively seeking a new organization ready to benefit from my passion and commitment.
