Transformational OCM & DEI&B-focused Leader | Builder of Safe & Brave Spaces | Champion for Inclusive Cultures
As 2025 draws to a close, I stand at a pivotal moment in my journey: A moment shaped by resilience, clarity, and an unwavering commitment to creating meaningful, people-centered change.
Nearly two years ago, I launched ESTEP Consulting, LLC with a vision to expand the IMPACT I had brought to organizations throughout my career. My goal was simple and profound: to weave Engaging, Sustainable, Transformational, Equitable, and Purpose-driven changes into workplaces, through strategies, empowerment, and cultural stewardship, while uplifting individual contributors and equipping leaders to cultivate inclusive, psychologically safe, and brave spaces.
While the shifting national landscape has presented challenges for DEI&B-focused work, it has only strengthened my resolve. I remain deeply committed to advancing equity, belonging, and authentic leadership, because anyone who knows anything, is aware that this work is not optional. It is foundational to thriving teams, healthy communities, and a more fair and just world. Efforts to silence or minimize DEI&B will not define the future; courageous people and purposeful action will.
With honesty and humility, I acknowledge that my business has not become as financially sustainable as I once hoped. In this season, I am embracing the power of pivoting by seeking a full-time, benefited role with an equitable salary (yes, and Amen!) where my passion for cultivating inclusive cultures can flourish inside an organization that values authenticity, community, and strategic transformation.
Across my 20+ year career, I have been known for turning vision into reality by elevating people, strengthening systems, and helping organizations transform from the inside out. My work is grounded in deep listening, intentional design, and a fierce belief that every person deserves to be seen, heard, and valued.
As I step into this next chapter, I bring with me adaptability, continuous learning, and a steadfast commitment to building cultures that uplift everyone. My purpose remains clear: to inspire others, challenge inequities, and champion practices that allow individuals and organizations to thrive.
I believe that we are all meant to do something great, if only we answer the call. This is more than work for me; this is my calling, and I am ready for what comes next. Hello?!
In gratitude,
~ Ms. Jacquie Estep
